Usher’s New Look
At Usher’s New Look, I worked at the intersection of marketing, storytelling, and youth engagement within a mission-driven organization focused on leadership development and empowerment. I contributed to both strategic initiatives and creative production efforts that helped elevate the organization’s brand presence and impact.
I developed a comprehensive marketing strategy for a $1 million funded initiative, supporting brand growth and aligning communication efforts with organizational goals. In addition to strategy work, I served as Lead Intern, where I oversaw peer interns, coordinated project timelines, and reported updates directly to supervisors to ensure smooth execution across teams.
A major part of my role involved content creation and media production. I conceptualized, directed, edited, and produced a podcast series designed to engage youth audiences and highlight the organization’s mission and community impact. This work allowed me to blend storytelling with strategy, creating content that was both purposeful and engaging.







Operation Hope
At Operation HOPE, I participated in a structured internship focused on business operations across Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance. The experience provided me with a cross-functional understanding of how organizations operate and how different departments work together to drive impact and efficiency.
Throughout the program, I engaged in projects that strengthened my analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills while exposing me to real-world business systems and decision-making processes. I also contributed to improving internal processes, including supporting efforts that enhanced volunteer recruitment strategies and increased participation.
This internship deepened my understanding of operational strategy and reinforced my interest in how business, finance, and human-centered systems intersect to create community impact and organizational growth.

Fabrika
At Fabrika, I supported marketing initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment focused on brand growth and audience engagement. I worked closely with diverse teams to help execute marketing campaigns and strengthen overall brand visibility.
Through data-informed thinking and strategic collaboration, I contributed to campaign development that supported increased brand awareness and engagement. This experience strengthened my ability to translate insights into action and reinforced the importance of teamwork in executing successful marketing strategies.
